Our Traditional Home Made Pineapple tarts - small, bite-size pastries
filled with or topped with pineapple jam, which is made by slowly
reducing and caramelizing grated fresh pineapple that has been mixed
with sugar and spices i.e. cinnamon, star anise and cloves.
